By linking your Google Drive account, you grant ShareMySnaps permission to create and manage folders and galleries within your Google Drive. ShareMySnaps will not access any files outside the specific galleries created by you within the Google Drive integration.
You are responsible for the content you upload to Google Drive and ensure that it complies with all applicable laws.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to your digital galleries. However, by using ShareMySnaps, you grant us a license to display and access your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others when uploading content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or otherwise misuse the platform. You can also close your account at any time by contacting support or via your account settings.
